Responsibilities 1) Planning and implement appropriate training programs to the front line staff 2) Work closely with retail team and marketing team to develop goodwill for the company 3) Provide on site coaching in selling techniques, personal grooming and etc
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: 1) University graduate with a minimum of 5 years training experience in luxury retails / cosmetics / FMCG field 2) Excellent interpersonal and communication skill 3) Mature and able to inspire frontline staff in training sessions 4) Excellent grounded knowledge in modern training methods and techniques 5) Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
