Learning & Development Manager

Job description :
Responsibilities: By reporting to the Vice President of the organization, you will be the leader to lead and coach the consulting team and work closely with the Business Unit to : * Identify learning and development needs * Planning for the learning development strategies * Design and implement the training programs * Review current training programs to ensure they are up to date with market needs * Evaluation of the effectiveness of the training programs
 
Qualifications :
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * 10 years or above related experience in telecom industry * Master degree of Management or Psychology * Strong leadership and relationship management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Commercial acumen * Ability to adapt and work within a multicultural environment * Confidence and ability to work in a fast pace environment * Excellent command of written in English and spoken in both English & Chinese
