Job description :
Responsibilities:
* Report to the Director of Training and assist in formulating policies and strategies and supervising staff in meeting set performance targets pertaining to the organization’s qualification program and professional examinations.
* Carry out quality assurance of all processes relating to the administration of the workshops, examination setting and marking, material development, the online Support Centre resources and related areas
* Responsible for promoting the qualification program in Mainland China, formulating strategies to accomplish the assigned objectives
* Provide technical and management support to relevant committees and subgroups dealing with education and training, and contributing to the development of strategies and action plans

Qualifications :
Requirements:
* Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
* Qualified accountant in ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent qualification
* At least 10 years’ relevant working experience, preferably with some in CPA firms’ training area and / or teaching accountancy subjects.
* Involvement in training management, working with committees, budget management and reporting are preferred.
* Strong managerial and administrative abilities, computer literacy and interpersonal skills are essential, with a good understanding of the qualification program philosophy and/or willingness to develop the role.
* Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
* Sound communication, leadership, presentation and negotiation skills
* Candidate with prior marketing exposure and managing a medium-sized team will be a big plus
* Willing to travel when required
