Responsibilities:

Manage all projects within your scope with required professional conduct.
*
P/L responsibility for each project
*
Prepare detailed method statements for construction works and tendering
*
Planning skills a must – MS Project – Suretrac
*
Manage overall planning – project management and coordination of projects
*
Manage site staff / team. Plan staffing activities for each site
*
Manage Clients and clients expectations
*
Prepare Contract documentation- Cost Planning - Budgeting
*
Liaise with Government Departments where necessary. Good knowledge of BD regulations, statutory authority regulations, utility companies a must.
*
Project reporting to company – Clients and regulatory bodies.
*
High safety standards and implementation ability on sites
*
Good knowledge of ISO/Safety and Environmental compliance
*
Strong Leadership and Management skills. Able to work independently
*
Good marketing skills– industry knowledge – client knowledge a bonus
*
Knowledge of A&A works for residential, schools and commercial projects
