Job description :
These roles involve the performance of day-to-day building maintenance management services. Other duties include overseeing building and facilities maintenance and repairs, and undertaking improvement work for properties.
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: * Degree in Building Services with 3 years of relevant experience, or Higher Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience * Solid experience in building services related work including renovation and fitting out work on commercial buildings (office buildings, shopping arcades) * Experience in the day-to-day operation, repair and maintenance of commercial buildings * Knowledge of PC operations
