Job description :
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for new items development, provide technical support and prepare/compile necessary documents on project throughout program development from design stage until shipment completion
• Conduct cost estimation and quotation, continuously look for opportunities in and execute cost reduction and production efficiency improvement
• Prepare, conduct factory bidding document; evaluate bid and make recommendation to Management
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication and operation of product designs.
• Analyze the variance between estimate versus actual manufacturing cost

Qualifications :
Requirements: .
• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in toy/premium industry or related discipline
• Solid experience in plastic molding and material usage, tooling debug, mechanism design and manufacturing process. Plush / soft toy experience will be considered an advantage.
• Mature, responsible, reliable and self-motivated
• Strong communication skill with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Willing to travel to China
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Engineer
