Job description :
Responsibilities:
1. Work with overseas Divisions on daily technical issues and project progress.
2. Manage all assigned engineering teams’ function to ensure Divisions’ operation
3. New Products Development Projects and On Going Products of Divisions
4. Ensure Divisions satisfaction in the Engineering Services extended.
5. Team work with QA Departments to set up Specification and Quality
Inspection
6. Lead the assigned teams on all engineering practices to achieve the goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Work with Engineering Department of Suppliers, manage, train and develop team members.
8. Control the engineering schedules for on time projects execution to achieve time to market goal.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
1. University Degree, major in Mechanical, related Engineering or the like is preferred
2. At least 10 years practical working experience in relevant industrial field., electrical engineering and manufacturing experience will be a big plus
3. Industrial technical knowledge background is a needs, such as plastic, tube/metal, fabric, wood … etc., and familiar with its manufacturing process.
4. Suppliers chains management/projects development experience is a demand.
5. Strong leadership. Strong capabilities in developing Engineering Team’s working direction and strategies
6. Good command in both written and spoken English is a must.
7. Good at leading change motivation and people management.
8. Good in cost reduction identify and execution.
