Job description :
Responsibilities:
- Provide after sales service to all hospitals units, research instituations and reference laboratories in the public and private sectors
- Provide after sales customer service on both application and simple engineering aspect
- Conduct laboratory testing, customer training, reagent/operation/maintenance related troubleshooting
- Assist in the selling of reagents to customers
- Assist in performing instrument installation, simple hardware repair, software upgrade, preventive maintenance
- Provide phone support customers and handle customer complaints and product complaints

Qualifications :
Requirements:
- College or equivalent graduates with related background in medical technology, pathological diagnostics or biological science. A second degree is preferred.
- 2 years of after sales support experience in medical or diagnostics industry preferred.
- 2 years or above of working experience in pathology laboratory preferred.
- Experiences in handling laboratory accreditation preferred.
- Good command of English
- Persuasiveness, ability to listen and communicate effectively, care about customer needs and respond swiftly.
