Job description :
Responsibilities: * Manage the nutritional database and provide nutritional information to support other departments in marketing and sales activities * Collaborate with related institutions for health and scientific research * Provide guidance on any health and functional claims for labelling * Handle consumer enquiries with topic related to health and nutrition * Advise on the functional benefit of ingredients * Provide training on food and beverage nutrition
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: * Degree in Food and Nutritional Science or related disciplines * Minimum 5 years of related experience preferably from food and beverage industries * Working experience as a nutritionist / dietician will also be considered * Proactive and energetic * Able to work independently * Good written and verbal communication skill in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
