Job description :
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform recruitment, orientation, staff benefit & compensation, performance appraisal, staff termination efficiently, ethically and in integrity
- Update and filing staff record & leave record timely and accurately
- Coordinate employer-employee relations activities
- Prepare regular / ad hoc reports to the top management / other departments timely and accurately

Ability & Personality Requirements:
- Strong Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Positive work attitude: committed, accountable, enthusiastic, outgoing, helpful, willing to learn, to participate and to serve others
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform tasks in a complete and accurate manner
- Demonstrated timeliness and follow-through on duties and projects
- Well based in MS Office applications, such as Access, Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficiency in both spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
