Qualifications :
Qualifications:
To qualify, you should have strong working background in the Banking & Finance industry, preferably with some experience working with a recruiting firm targeting the Banking & Finance space. You must have excellent connections in the industry, with a successful track record recruiting and placing Banking & Finance executives. You must have high energy level with good communication skills. It is important that you possess an entrepreneurial drive to grow a new business within a well established recruitment firm.
