Job description :
Responsibilities:
1) Reporting to the HR Director, you will act as a HR Generalist for a Business/Functional Unit with 100+ employees
2) Handle a full spectrum of HR functions such as Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations, etc
3) Play a Key Role in establishing and implementing key HR policies, particularly in Organisation Development & Talent Management via understanding and communicating with the Business/Functional Unit which aligns with the corporate's future development plan

Qualifications :
Requirements:
1) Master Degree/Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management with a stable and progressive career record
2) Maximum 8 years working experience as an all-rounded HR Generalist with exposure particularly in Organisation Development and Talent Management
3) Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
4) Computer literate, knowledge in HRIS will be an added advantage
