Reporting to the Regional HR & Administration Manager, you will lead the training teams in 3 sites to ensure the human resource support local business goal; you will play a key role in implementing Regional Organizational Development and Training & Development strategies, and coordinate all corporate Organizational Development and Training & Development programs.

Qualifications :
The Successful Applicant:
* Bachelor degree and certified trainer is preferred;
* At least 8 years experience in employee training & development within at least 3 years Supervisory & Managerial role; Competency:
* Familiar with the Manufacturing environment;-Strong experience in training design & delivery
* Good command of oral and written English;
* Excellent presentation and facilitation skills;
* Strong strengths in area of energy, initiative, leadership and perspective;
* Interpersonal skills that enhance effectiveness with all parts of the organization;
* Ability to lead, motivate and influence others in a team-based organization;
* Positive mindset and a Capable problem solver;
* Committed to continuous quality improvement with good planning and organization skills;
* People and customer orientation, and sensitive to cross-cultural environment.
