Job description :
Responsibilities:
- Staff recruitment and selection and organisation of staff orientation program for new joiners
- Review manning levels and ensure budgetary control on recruitment and related expenses
- Provide administration support for the company benefits program
- Review and update human resources policies and procedures, staff handbooks and ensure compliance with HK laws
- Maintain and update employee records
- Identify training needs and provide appropriate training opportunities for all levels of employees
- Ensure the highest standards of health, hygiene and safety practices are in place
- Handle saff grievances, counselling and any labour dispute cases
- Enforce disciplinary action on employees who violate company regulations
- Prepare human resource reports and documents as required
- Handle office Payroll
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by management
