Job description :
Responsibilities: * To be fully responsible for providing full HR services to the Hong Kong offices including handling of payroll, MPF administration, maintenance of personnel file, etc. * Responsible for C&B including expatriate package & personal tax handling; * Responsible recruitment and selection in manpower development organization; * Responsible for staff development plan * Drive HR Projects; * Delivery HR reporting timely as well as budgeting; * Monitor updated government rule and regulation; * Coordinate staff training; * Supervise the Office administration; Organize Staff activities; * Other HR relative projects.
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: * University graduate; * A HR generalist background; * Minimum 5 year HR experience and 2 years in MNCs; * Very familiar with PMS & KPI (esp for HR & Adm staff); * Good experience in expat management is advantageous; * Familiar with labour law for HK & PRC; * Able to deal with ambiguities and open-minded; * Organize the job independently; * Be efficiency to fulfil high demand from management; * Fluent English in both written and spoken;
