Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, employees relations, performance management
* Formulates strategies and policies related to people management, attraction, deployment and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the Company
* Design and implement HR programs on employee performance, talent management and employee wellness for work life balance
* Drive human resources services to competent level in order to support the business units to tackle the rapid growth and changes
* Monitor the implementation and maintenance of the company quality and services system
* Counsel and work with directors on employee issues
