Qualifications :
• University graduate plus at least 5 years solid training experience in sizable organization, preferably in retail industry
• Strong passion in designing and conducting sales and service training programs
• Self-motivated, fast learning, able to work under pressure and cope with fast-pace working culture
• Strong planning, organizing and analytical skills
• Presentable with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
