Job description :
Responsibilities: * Manage the training team to develop and implement staff training and development strategies in pursuit of company’s business excellence; * Formulate, execute and evaluate all training and development strategies and programs and ensure the effectiveness in meeting the actual business and employees’ needs; * Overview full spectrum of staff training and development operational processes and refine process and plan from needs to performance improvement solutions implementation
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: * University Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines but preferably with MBA; * Minimum 10 years of experience gained from human resources in which with over 8 years focus on staff training and development strategies; * Solid experience in staff training and development program management; * Prior experience in working with IT focused companies or multinational corporations; * Proven track record in HR management and good understanding of large company’s operations in various functional groups as well as organizational development processes; * Demonstrate high level of commercial acumen, good analytical and interpersonal skills as well as communication skill; * Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
