Job description :
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for day-to-day human resources activities including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, employees' relations, performance management.
• Participates for strategic human resources planning and formulation of the policies and procedures
• Drive human resources services to competent level in order to support the business units to tackle the rapid growth and changes
• Provide effective management & efficient delivery of high quality HR services
• Monitor the implementation and maintenance of the company quality and services system

Qualifications :
Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Min. 6 - 8 years solid experience in related field, preferably gained in sizable company
• Well versed in Hong Kong & Macau Employment Ordinance and related Ordinance
• Hands-on, dynamic and fast paced
• Self-motivated and good team player
• Effective communicator and dynamic motivator
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
