Training Manager , Macau

Job description :
Job Duties: * Design, develop, and deliver the training programs or projects according to the training schedule for all levels of staff * Conduct training needs analyses, formulate and review of training policy and programmes * Conduct shop visit and coaching to frontline staff * Measure and evaluate the training results and effectiveness and recommend program changes to enhance staff performance in achieving the goals of the organization * Formulate the training strategies, annual training plan and budgets * Prepare and consolidate statistical reports and feedback surveys of the training programs * Develop, organize and maintain an updated database on training programmmes, manuals and related records/materials * Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties in executing training initiatives * Take part in ad-hoc projects assigned by the top management * Handle customer’s complaints, settle disputes satisfactorily and effectively * stationed in Macau

Qualifications :
Job Requirements: * Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management or equivalent * Holder of other professional training qualifications is definitely advantageous * At least 10 years relevant working experience in Training and Development with minimum 3 years in a managerial position * Excellent facilitation, presentation skills and working experience in retail industry is a must * Internal consulting approach, with the ability to guide needs analysis and understanding business needs across different units and multiple stakeholders * Attention to details, self-motivated, and independent with excellent interpersonal skills in working with all levels of staff * Good time management and project management skills in completing multiple tasks within tight deadline * Ability to work under pressure, challenging working environment and tackle problems in a positive way * Creative mindset with forward thinking mode * Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is included) * Proficiency in MS Office including Powerpoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
