Job description :
Responsibilities: • Report to the Director, Head of Legal • Serve as a member of the in-house legal team of HKDL • Provide legal support to different lines of business by advising on a broad range of legal issues • Draft and review contracts and other legal documents on behalf of different lines of business within HKDL • Advise management on specific issues to ensure compliance with project documents, corporate policies, legal and regulatory requirements
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: • At least 6 years of PQE. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Attorney • Previous experience in working in international law firms is preferred • Candidates currently working as in-house Counsels with general corporate/commercial background experience will also be considered • Solid working experience in one or more of the following areas: general corporate/commercial and employment • Strong academic background coupled with good commercial sense • Excellent communication skills and strong legal drafting skills
