Job description :
Responsibilities: * Report to the Chairman of the Group * Provide legal advice and draft legal documents in relation to all businesses of the Group * Conduct legal research and update the Group on relevant laws and regulations relating to the business of the Group * To liaise external regulatory bodies
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: * A qualified solicitor * 4 – 6 years’ post-qualification experience in the provision of legal support in commercial area * Familiar with the Securities and Future Ordinance, the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and other relevant regulatory * Strong communication and organizational skills * Professional presentation and report writing skills
