Description & requirements: • Ideally, this candidate will have a good working experience in a legal capacity focusing in Asia property markets. In this capacity you will work closely and support the transaction team in the drafting and negotiation of legal contracts in the region. • Your experience should be at least minimum 5 years of which capacity must be in an environment where you will work on legal transaction focusing on the Asia market, this including SE Asia and some in HKG /PRC . You will have good negotiation skills and ability to manage several transactions at the same time. • Frequent travelling will be required for this role.
