Description:

Keep abreast of the new governance practices and formulate relevant internal control procedures to ensure all the company secretarial matters are in full compliance with the Listing Rules and statutory requirements
*
Liaise with solicitors and regulatory bodies on issues such as litigation, trade mark registration, etc.
*
Provide input for the compilation of annual reports, interim reports and announcements, and ensure all data therein is accurate
*
Oversee the renewal of all insurance policies of the Group, review agreements and handle other ad hoc assignments
