Job description :
Direct reporting to the Managing Director, the Business Process Improvement Manager will work with a team of 15 in the region. This is a new and challenging position to assist the company and drive business growth in terms of key performance result and profitability as well as to initiate strategic plans on continuous improvement and lean process management.
Description:
• Must possess solid experience in setting up Standard of Operations manual and compiling other operational policies to improve process efficiency.
• He / She should analyze the whole operations and be able to work out a lean program and continuous improvement plan for all business units.
• The candidate should be able to review the overall operational effectiveness and enhance the business performance in terms of customer satisfaction, sales, cost, quality as well as on-time delivery.
• He / she should have some basic IT knowledge to assist the company for sourcing and implementing suitable ERP system whist working with IT specialist.
• Candidates with experience in IT field only will not fit for this position.
