Job Description: - Managing a productive and professional agency force -Assisting in evaluation of marketing policies and economic situation -Analyzing and evaluating financial status-Advising cooperate firms concerning MPF - Providing professional advice and after sales service to potential clients -Formulating alternative and directing marketing strategy. -Developing suitable marketing model to promote Company's products and services solutions. -Identifying and defining target customer segments and develop market propositions. -Identifying and widening alternative and direct marketing channels under the model. -Designing market segmentation program for existing customers so as to develop long term lasting customer relations for the company.

Qualifications :
Requirements: - University degree or above, degree holder of marketing, business and finance preferred, below this will be considered for different position - Have a minimum of 5 years working experience - Entrepreneurship, achievement orientation, initiative and customer services orientation - Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation skills -Analytical, dynamic and organized
