Job description :
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position will offer you significant autonomy with strong support from the corporate headquarters in Europe.
Responsibilities:
You will oversee all accounting, financial and taxation, functions at the plant.
You will lead and recruit the team in producing timely financial and management reports, budgets, forecasts, consolidation and implementation of appropriate internal controls, processes and policies.
You will play a key role in formulating and implementing the Groups strategic business plans by identifying potential investment opportunities, performing feasibility studies and financial modelling, managing existing ventures and liaising with partners and shareholders.
You must have prior experience in the natural gas, oil or petroleum sectors

Qualifications :
Requirements:
You will be a qualified finance professional with over 10 years experience working with recycling or diesel petroleum organisations.
You must possess strong knowledge of the PRC market with extensive project development experience.
With a proven track record, you will be able to gain immediate credibility from top management in Europe. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
