Director of Sales – Hotel Industry

Job description :
Responsibilities: * Assist the Director of Marketing in driving new business in all segments and in building a solid base for future business opportunities * Oversee travel & tour and/or corporate account business * Maximize room sales in line with the company’s policy and budget * Maintain sales growth performance through expanding business volume and developing new customer accounts * Lead and motivate staff to facilitate the achievement of business and objective sales
 
Qualifications :
Requirement: * Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline * Minimum 10 years experience in hotel industry, in which 5 years at managerial level, with a proven track record in room sales * Outgoing personality, motivated and aggressive * Excellent leadership and presentation skills * Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
