Responsibilities:
* Handle Company's discloseable transactions, organizing SGM, AGM, press conference, road shows, investor meetings and etc;
* Conducting tours and site visits for investors and media, to our company's facilities and operations;
* Maintain good working relationships with all investors, venture capitalists, media, etc.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
* Degree holder in Accounting, finance or marketing with at least 3 years of corporate finance experience;
* Prior experience in holding investor meetings, press interviews, road shows;
* Well established network of investment Bankers, venture Capitalists and media;
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with personnels at all levels;
* Possess a great personality and proactive attitude with excellent organization and coordination skills.
