Job description :
Responsibilities:
* Develop Quality Assurance strategy in support of the company’s mission and core objectives
* Manage, supervise and provide necessary training to quality control teams at all offices
* Develop and establish effective systems and procedures to improve company’s quality control systems
* Provide technical expertise in implementing quality control production start up and product inspection
* Ensure production outputs are in line with the company’s specification and standards
* Conduct factory evaluations and make sure all factory plants meet with company’s standard and procedures
* Work closely with inter-departmental colleagues, customers and vendors on all quality related issues

Qualifications :
Requirements:
* Tertiary education in Textile, Clothing or relevant disciplines
* Minimum 15 years experience in quality management within a sizable garment manufacturing environment
* Sound knowledge in systems implementation and development
* Thorough knowledge in factory evaluation
* Social compliance knowledge preferred
* Technical knowledge of manufacturing for both Men and Women woven and knit fashion
* Well versed in quality standard and requirements in US and European market
* Familiar with lab test requirements and have good connections
* Proven experience in managing a team of QC from different cultures with prominent ability of coaching and training staff
* Excellent command of English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
* Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated, proactive and responsible with good leadership skills
