Qualifications :
The applicants should be:
*
University graduated (preferred)
*
Fluent speaking in Mandarin, English and Japanese.
*
Minimum 10 years experience in trading & plastic field, which at least 8 years must be in senior management capacity Strategic thinker in planning and rich experience in people management and interpersonal ability
*
Understands business principles and language, including the fundamentals of finance and profitability
*
Have experience in toys and premium products for Japan Market.
*
Prepare annual budget, production plan, materials and costs control analysis
*
Would be familiar with production procedure, QC, production planning and production control of toys and premiums
*
Need to travel to PRC frequently.
