Job description :
Responsibilities:
*
Through the Regional Management Group expands the business and develop the Asia-Pacific & Japan’s regional strategic initiatives and presenting those to senior leadership
*
Inspire Software Services-On-Demand team members, give them a sense of direction, transmit passion to them and increase their commitment by actively communicating.
*
Ensure that the organization is capable of delivering exponential growth throughout Asia, making sure that the model best reflects the business opportunity
*
Engage with the “mainstream: Regional sales teams throughout Asia-Pac and Japan region to maximize the Software Services-On-Demand growth opportunities business
*
Ensure that agreed targets are met (in terms of business results, operational excellence client satisfaction and employee satisfaction).
*
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business by creating and expanding the major touch points in customers’ organization and by building customer confidence.
*
Contribute to preparing the Services-On-Demand Group for the next stage of development
*
Generate revenue streams, with a strong cultural and business understanding of what it takes to conduct business successfully in Asia-Pac & Japan Region.
*
Ability to build and develop tight and long-lasting links with “C – level” prospects and customers, multi-channel partners, and other market influencers

Qualifications :
Requirements:
* Proven experience in establishing revenue growth and increasing market share and gross margin
* Experience in growing a business in the Asia-Pac & Japan region
* Good understanding of Software Services-On-Demand opportunities
* Ability to close large complex deals
* Experience on managing in a matrix organization
* Track-record of achieving targets through teams
* Ability to advice on sales campaigns across Asia-Pac & Japan region, helping the team to achieve and over achieve their revenue goals,
* Ability to push self/others to meet challenging deadlines; consistently demonstrating a sense of urgency towards achievement of results
* Establish goals and inspire superior performance against stretched targets
* Measure and track key business results and processes against set targets and against the competition
* Proven and compelling experience selling to a broad range of business customers, from SMEs to large accounts, via multi-channels
* Track-record as an inspiring and charismatic executive in the Asia-Pac & Japan marketplace, with solid connections at a “C-level”
* Able to fully understand and sell the benefits of new wireless technologies and implement carrier-specific sales programs and initiatives
* Financial acumen – ability to assess pulse of organization through its figures and KPIs
