Direct and organise the activities of the Food & Beverage Department, including but not limited to the Kitchen, Banquet Operations, Restaurants, Room Service, Bars, Event Services and Catering
*
Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximise profits through outstanding customer service, maintaining and controlling costs
*
Develop long and short term strategic and marketing plan to meet the desired objectives set by the management
*
Keep abreast of the latest trend in the F&B industry and introduce new ideas & concepts to the operation on a continuous basis
*
Achieve a profitable cost level without compromising quality and standard

Qualifications :
Job requirements:
*
Graduates in Hotel Management or equivalent
*
10 years proven management experience in 5 stars international hotel chain
*
Hong Kong, China or Asia working experience preferred
*
Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations including food, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques and guest interaction
*
Business driven with a passion for excellence in guest service and satisfaction
*
Excellent presentation, organizational, communications, interpersonal, analytical, time management and leadership skills
*
Creative with positive attitude and prepared to develop the team to their full potential
*
HACCP certification or equivalent is highly desirable
*
Good command of spoken and written English
