Job description :
This person will be accountable for overall delivery and customer satisfaction for all IT solutions delivered to our distribution team in the region.
Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and IT partners to define and maintain a strategic roadmap of IT initiatives required to support near and long-term business goals
*
Attract, develop and retain a high-performing technology team focused on driving business value
*
Ensure that all initiatives are delivered to customer satisfaction (time, functionality, quality and cost profile) and that near-term and strategic business objectives are being supported
*
Ensure that all applications are operationally robust and meet the service-level expectations of our internal and external clients
*
Ensure that all vendor and partner relationships are managed proactively to maximize the value of the services being delivered
*
Drive the overall build-out and success of our distribution infrastructure and applications
*
Ensure compliance with project management, change management, and software development life cycle standards to maximize delivery quality and minimize cost and risk over time

Qualifications :
Qualifications:
*
10 years experience in business applications and information systems development with focus on external web sites, packaged CRM applications and other customer-facing applications.
*
Successful track record delivering complex projects on time, on scope, on budget and with high customer satisfaction
*
Working knowledge of marketing, sales and service business functions and processes
*
Proficiency in software development lifecycle and project management methodologies is required
*
Ability to plan, organize and achieve coordinated objectives in a complex environment of multiple, simultaneous projects and stakeholders
*
Strong leadership, people and negotiating skills
*
Ability to work cross-region/time zone
*
Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills
*
Must work independently in complex fast paced environment to ensure quality and timeliness of system information
*
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related program is required
