Job description :
Reporting directly to the Chairman and Managing Director, you will assist to them to build infrastructure for international corporate governance and compliance. You must be able to influence senior and middle management via gentle persuasion and be able to lead by example.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise full range of company secretarial works.
* To perform consolidation for reporting purposes for the Group.
* Handle Company’s disclose able transactions.
Strong in all statutory regulations are fully complied.
* To be responsible for the overall financial management of the group which financial planning and budgeting; implementation of effective internal controls; month & and year end reporting; and enhancing of effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
* Implement cost control and ensure efficient management reposting system.
Prepare statutory and corporate documents for the group of companies.
Participate to the process of formatting companies in PRC.
* To provide professional advices for supporting business strategies and strengthening of management reporting and documentation of the Group.
* Oversee all related finance matters of the Group, including banking, tax and custom and liaison with lawyers, auditors, bankers and regulatory bodies etc.
* Fund Raising, Manage cash positions, loan facilities, foreign exchange, investments.
* To perform finance & administration operations functions for Hong Kong and China operations.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
* Degree in accounting or related disciplines with CPA qualifications.
* Minimum 10 years accounting experiences and with over 5 years in senior or top management level.
* Big 4 accounting firms or investment banks experiences. Senior management experience in listed company is preferred.
* Well established network of investment Bankers, venture Capitalists and media is preferred.
* Fund Raising experience.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
* Travel to China is required.
* Immediately available will be a definite advantage.
