Job description :
Responsibilities:
*
Overseeing the entire operations of the factory
*
Manage operation of Production, QC, Logistic, Purchasing, Engineering, Accounting and related functions departments
*
Monitoring production closely on excellent quality under tight production lead time with cost effectiveness
*
Formulate and execute business operational strategies in line with company targets
*
Ensure effective communications between headquarter in Europe and business partner in China
*
Define and maintain general operational systems, policies and procedures with efficient and effective management control

Qualifications :
Requirements:
*
Degree holder or above in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
*
A minimum 5 years at senior management level in manufacturing of lighting products in China.
*
With proven track record in managing sizable factory in China
*
Excellent knowledge in Lighting Industry, Product Specifications and Approval Requirement
*
Fluency in written and spoken English / Dutch, Cantonese and Mandarin
*
Strong in training, organizing ability, leadership skill and analyzing ability
*
Detail-oriented, problem solving attitude, positive and able to work under pressure
*
With strong emphasis in management of the production and logistic process
