Job description :
Job Description: 1. In charge of raising quality, and efficiency, making plan, control production budget and make sure low cost and high efficiency; 2. Organize and arrange production plan’s execution and follow-up, communicate and associate with each department to make sure production smoothly; 3. In Charge of solving possible accidents in production process and take some actions on correcting and prohibiting; 4. Audit and make production process, process document in Manufacturing Department and give technical direction and supervision on SMT, MI, procedure and process of whole machine; 5. Direct Manufacturing Department to maintain and repair relevant equipment; 6. Control whole manufacturing and production process and reduce DPPM and Material Scrap Rate; 7. Make and execute all regulations, systems and process in Manufacturing Department; 8. Give education, training and appraisal for staff in Manufacturing Department.

Qualifications :
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree above, 8+ years exp., in same industry and same position with across department background; 2. Strong hard working, responsibility and mission; 3. Strong oral and written expression capability; 4. Fluent oral and written English and can communicate in Chinese; 5. Strong capability in organizing, associating, analyzing and solving problem; 6. Exp., in EMS; 7. Strong engineering technical background in SMT and know development orientation and technical trend in SMT; 8. Strong internal management skill and pushing capability; 9. 10+ years working exp., managing 30-40 production lines of SMT, 16 production lines of MI and 8 production lines of whole machine; 10. Strong capability in continuing improvement; 11. Customers served before are world wide; 12. Foreign citizen is preferred; 13. Good health.
