Job description :
Responsibilities - Business Planning Analysis:

Providing financial management information for decision support and control that meets the needs of internal clients
*
Support management
*
Preparing monthly/quarterly reports for Senior Management
*
Preparing month-end closing and financial reporting functions
*
Analyzing cost allocations and understanding allocation methodologies
*
Assisting with co-ordination of the annual budget and forecast process
*
Monitoring and tracking expenses
*
Involving financial and analytical reporting for tracking on-going accounting activities and internal control review
*
Monitoring internal control compliance on procurement and financial reporting process
Responsibilities - Supply Chain Management:
Assure on-time product and successful launch supply by:
*
Implementing global SCM processes
*
Placing launch quantity orders and subsequent replenishment orders (inventory forecasting)
*
Fixing Data Management for new products in SAP: material, vendor, etc.
*
Driving flexible solutions to catch up on missed timelines
*
Actively participating in the development of IT-tools and its maintenance for SCM

Qualifications :
Requirements:
*
Degree in Finance / Accounting and relevant HKICPA/ACCA/CFA qualifications
*
At least 5 years experience in business planning process
*
Sharp business sense, a strategic mind and superb analytical skills
*
Able to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
*
Previous experience dealing in internal control and financial reporting
*
Solid understanding of standard financial and sales & distribution business processes along with the solutions, tools and technologies in SAP
*
Proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
*
Able to multi-task and have strong organizational skills
*
Must be able to meet deadlines
*
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
