Job description :
Job Responsibilities:
*
Set up the QA department; provide overall direction and development in quality system, material testing and color requirements;
*
Implement sound manufacturing practices or processes to ensure high quality of finished product and in-coming materials, and continuous review of the current system standard for achieving continuous improvement of quality;
*
To understand customers’ standards and resolve quality concerns
*
Trouble shoots quality problems with customers, supplier and internal customers on quality issues if necessary;
*
Analyze the root-causes and drive team to identify solution and improvement methods;
*
Evaluate new supplier and existing supplier performance periodically.

Qualifications :
Job Requirements:
*
Minimum 10 years experience in fabric, trims accessories and garment industry
*
Holder of Degree or Higher Diploma in Textile and Clothing Technology or related discipline;
*
Familiar with quality assurance, testing activities, color control system and inspection practices particularly on incoming material and finished goods;
*
Excellent in team player and management, strong in technical and quality problem solving;
*
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese;
