Regional Sales Manager , Hong Kong

Job description :
Job Description: • Build, support and strengthen our business network in assigned Asian countries. • Develop and implement our growth strategy in Asia. • Drive and manage distributors to achieve sales goals by providing supports and incentive. • Work out of the targets in each single country in the region. • Prepare and implement country-specific potential analyses and consequential sales concepts • Develop new market and application area.

Qualifications :
Job Requirements: • University graduate in Engineering or Business related discipline with minimum 5 years experience managing distributors in Asia for Industrial Products • Experience in Power Tools would be an advantage. • Strong business and marketing sense in identifying opportunities for business development • Determined to expand & develop a business, strong team player and decisive. • Capable of communicating people with different levels, cultures and background • Systematic working methods, analytic skills • Fluent English and Chinese, Korean speaking is an advantage but not mandatory. • HK based with frequent business travel
