Job description :
• The candidate will act as the local point person for the divisional team in customizing marketing plans for the region to ensure support of the sales and service organization with programs such as: sales surges, customer advisory boards, brand development activities to drive business retention and growth and ensure customer focus
• Regional coverage spans all of Asia
• Supports Channel Marketing in customization of regional or sub regional divisional marketing plan
• Supports regional / sub-regional market research
• Proactively feeds back market insight to all stakeholders

Qualifications :
Ideal Professional Experience/Qualifications:
• Senior level manager with 5+ years of experience in a marketing / business management role or a product management role in the financial services industry
• Domain expertise in either of the following 3 fields is a MUST: Fund Managements, Sales & Trading, Enterprise (data / feeding applications)
• Sales experience will be an advantage
• Possess excellent marketing communication skills, strong marketing insight and have a high degree of customer orientation
• Strong international and external communicator
• Highly collaborative with proven ability to work well in a matrix and effectively manage across boundaries
• Regional knowledge and Asian language skills would be highly advantageous
