Job description :
Job Duties: * Formulate company sales plans as well as corporate strategies. * Establish excellent relationship with key accounts including chain stores, and other retail outlets. * Leading the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets. * Plan, develop and implement training for all marketing and sales staff
 
Qualifications :
Requirements: * Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline * At least 8 years or above relevant experiences * Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience in boosting sales and increasing market share * Good knowledge in beauty trends and technologies * Able to meet sales targets and handle ad-hoc projects * Strong co-ordination and interpersonal skills * Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
