Product Manager , Hong Kong

Job description :
Objective: * To formulate and implement product strategies that maximizes market opportunities, increases overall product profitability (through growing margins, reduced inventory, improving first quality sell-through) while maintaining/enhancing consumer equity for the brand * Manages product line execution and product management core process Responsibilities: • Perform consumer research and analysis to understand the competition and develop the consumer insights • Develop and incorporate the product architecture and strategies (on the respective categories and sub brands) into the SBP and AOP to support the Brand Plan and overall business plans • Provide product brief and comments to the divisional product development team per each releases • Set the product mix for different retail shops (O&O or franchisees and store category) • Lead the product presentation at trade shows • Support the retail training on product knowledge • Plan and execute the product injection for each release • Support the Marketing team to highlight and promote the key product • Initiate with the collaboration of Sales team to initiate discount and closeout • Study to contain and resolve product (quality, compliance) issues
