Requirements:

University graduated with 5-10 years sales track record for Financial Services industry on IT Solutions/ Outsourcing Projects is preferred
*
Seasoned sales manager with ability to deal effectively within a sophisticated, demanding banking environment
*
Highly commercial in orientation, with a strong focus on the customer
*
Ability to understand complicated business concepts and to translate them into solutions
*
Analytical skills to analyze data, complete research, diagnose and solve business and technical problems
*
Good communication and presentation skills
*
International outlook, Analytical, Positive and out-going, with the personal presence and ability to relate well to customers, partners and colleagues at all levels of the organisation regionally
*
Fluent in English (with Chinese language would be a bonus) and a highly motivated, sales driven entrepreneur
