Key Responsibilities
* Accomplish and attain objectives outline in priority plan
* Ensure achievement of country budgeted sales value and volume and profitability from direct customers and distributors
* Ensure strong financial viability balancing business results and managing A&S expenditures
* Responsible for creating value Selling Organization by improving customer productivity
* Manage and guide team into Coromant Way of Working in doing business and adherence to "The Power of Sandvik"
* Be a Role Model, Mentor and lead by example while coaching and providing team with on the job training and development
* Ensure positive and motivated team for term growth in dynamic and changing environment
Key Tasks
* Execute current and long term strategies, objectives and sales plans in line with Global Plan and goals
* Responsible for local country sales and marketing activities of Coromant products and services and accomplish global objectives and focus areas
* Liaise and work closely with SCSEA Coromant Manager to set forecast, budget and target and ensure local country activities and performance are constantly on track
* Create specific action plan with clear objectives and a course of executable activities and timeline to pursue the goals and targets of the local organization
* Continuously identify business opportunities and sustain current business for long term growth purposes
* To monitor and harmonize pricing objectives in line with global intention while balancing customer relationship and product/solution improvement
* Organize, lead, motivate and coach the Engineer to ensure on-time attainment of sales and business results
* Meeting with customer top management to position and value add as their productivity partner
* Guide and develop Engineer to understand and demonstrate good manufacturing economics and ensure they are well conversant in presentation values to customers
* Support and ensure successful implementation of Productivity Improvement concept with values added to customers
* Ensure all engineers and distributors' engineers exhibit the basic coromant values in their course of work
* Focus and support business development in machine investment, new products opportunities and large customer projects
* To enlist regional or global support and resources so as to maximise sales activities and process efficiency that lead to improving results and customer satisfaction
* Regular tracking and monitoring of business results and follow up plans
* Managing A&S within budgeted guideline and also ensure stock control, Recycle concept and Receivables objectives are fulfilled
* Manage individual staff performance regularly and provide opportunities to coach and develop their competencies and widen exposures
* Ensure individual engineer take ownership and accountability to his/her customers and results by setting specific, clear and impartial customer portfolio management guideline
* Constantly develop and motivate positive team spirit and cohesive team working
* Constantly receive feedback from customers and seek continuous improvement
* Ensure activities of Coromant are aligned with the ISO 9001 guidelines and standards and in accordance with Sandvik Code of Conduct and Fair Play
