Regional Sourcing Head - Pharmaceutical & Healthcare , Hong Kong

Job description :
Reporting to the Headquarter, the Regional Sourcing Head will lead the regional team to support the business in the region and develop the sourcing strategy. The main responsibilities will include the following: * Design and develop the new sourcing structure to support the business growth * Provide leadership to local teams throughout the whole sourcing process * Work with headquarter in development of regional sourcing operations * Establish the supplier metrics at the global level and drive for improvement * Ensure smooth implementation of the new eProcurement system * Frequent travel throughout the region

Qualifications :
Successful candidate will possess the following competencies and attributes: * Degree holder * 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably with experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry * Proven track record in managing across business units and region * Strong project management and communication skills; fluent in English
