Job description :
Responsibilities:
- Lead a group of formulators to support New Product Development for all categories including Skin Care, Color Cosmetics, Personal Care, Hair Care, Fragrances and Salon;
- Develop Product Profile;
- Design and Develop Formula;
- Complete Required Bench Work;
- Conduct Preliminary Testing (as needed);
- Create Marketing Submission;
- Base Formula, Final Testing, Commercialization;
- Ensure that performance evaluation and testing has been completed;
- Release formula and information flow;
- Support continued Development (Downstream needs).
