Job Description: * Required by a leading manufacturer of LED moving sign display * Responsible to support the senior management with all strategic initiatives in the R&D and technological development area and work together to drive the growth of the business * To formulate and implement long-term strategic plan and direction for the company’s technology and product development which can increase competitiveness of the company * To develop the latest LED technology which can widen the applications of LEDs, especially in High Brightness LED or enhance the properties of LEDs products * To lead team of R&D / Engineers and provide necessary training to engineers for related technological development * To lead the R&D / engineering team to explore possible areas for new products and give technical advice on new product development

Qualifications :
Requirements: * Postgraduate in Engineering * At least 5 years experience in R&D / product development related to LED industry is a must * Proven record in developing LED products and applications * Substantial exposure in global LED industry and sensitive to market trends * Strong communication skills to work with the other team member of professional engineers and our other departments * Must be able to contribute to new LED’s applications and enable end-users to fully explore the value-added features of company’s LED products * Willing to travel to China
