Qualifications :
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering
* 10 years of experience of embedded system design for consumer market (e.g. PDA, Cell Phone, PMP, MP3, toys, etc.)
* 10 years of design experience with micro-controllers (e.g.5015, AVR, PIC, etc.) micro-processors (ARM7, ARM9, ARC7, etc,) and embedded systems
* 10 years high volume, low cost consumer product exposure, including PCB Fab, die-bonding, SMT, etc.
* 5 years management experience of engineering teams
* Hands-on hardware debugging experience is required; knowledge in use of oscilloscope, DMM, Spectrum Analyzer and Logic Analyzer
* RF design experience is a plus but not mandatory
* Critical component sourcing ability
* Strong project management skills - resource planning, scheduling, multi-discipline project coordination
* Familiarity with PC design tools (OrCad and Protel) and embedded software development
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong team-leader and team-player
* Good command of spoken and written English
