Job description :
Responsibilities:
• To be responsible for both QA & QC functions.
* Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of Product test plan and QC inspection plan relevant to international safety standards and regulation on Infant products.
* Participate in Quality and Safety related issues in new product development from concept stage to production.
* Candidate must be able to lead with authority externally (customer/ supplier) and internally (quality team) and influence marketing; engineering and planning team.
* Communicate and construct the acceptance criteria with customer/ supplier.
• Knowledge in worldwide safety and quality requirement on Infant product.
* Main Coordinator for the Internal & External (customer/ supplier) Quality Audit.
• Lead the efforts to set up and maintain the necessary systems to continuously improve supplier quality (e.g. process audits, factory compliance audits, vendor development, vendor training and other incentive or penalty plans).
• Create safety and reliability requirement up to Bloom products quality level to articulate/ run simulation tests for real world usage or life cycle requirements on all Bloom products.
• Review defective product reports and identify defect trends.
• Establish and oversee a program with vendors and monitor the Corrective Action Report to management team.
• Monitor Inspection program with supplier and planning group before shipment.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
* University graduate or above in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
* At Least 5 years relevant working experience in quality management
* Solid experience in quality and manufacturing field in China is an advantage
* Knowledge of product safety, international quality system procedures and regulatory requirements on Infant product is a must.
* Familiar with worldwide safety requirement of Infant product (e.g. EN 1888; EN14988; ASTM F404; etc).
* Have to be pro active and able to work independently and under pressure. Good analytical and reporting skills.
* Excellent communication skills, including listening, understanding, written and spoken. Must be comfortable/ proficient in global communication environment.
* Proficient in written and spoken English, good command in communication with Cantonese and Mandarin.
